Unsafe Due to Fires

I have lived at Tiffany Place (now known as Arbor Creek) for almost 2 years. There have been at least 4 fires in that two-year time frame. One fire that occured in October 2005 was so severe that a woman was badly injured and flown to Dallas to receive treatment for smoke inhalation. She was in a coma for a day. The smoke detectors never went off despite the fact that the tenants had checked them upon moving in to Tiffany Place.
It is now February 2006 and that building is still under repair. Construction equipment is left lying around on the unlit sidewalks, causing unsafe conditions for pedestrians.
I recommended Tiffany Place to two people and now I'm sorry I did. This apartment complex will not be safe until the management updates the wiring.
