I absolutely love living in these apartments. I've lived in other complexes since I've been in Wichita Falls and I haven't had a better experience anywhere else. The people in the leasing and maintenance crew are so nice and willing to help whenever there may be a problem....(there are very few problems)! I've lived in this complex for 2 years now and am completely comfortable here. The neighbors aren't ridiculously loud, and for the most part i know all of them. Tiffany Place is a very friendly and safe apartment complex. As for the fires, my heart goes out to those who suffered a loss in those apartments but I don't blaim the complex. They're quick to fix anything thats a risk or may put tenants in danger. Simply put, I love this place.

"As for the fires... I don't blaim the complex. They're quick to fix anything thats a risk or may put tenants in danger." On Tuesday, February 7th, the complex suffered yet another fire when plumbers soldering pipes in a crawlspace sparked a blaze that caused $10,000 in damage to an apartment and $5000 in damage to property in the unit. If the management is careless enough to hire workers who start fires, how can tenants feel safe? The full story is at the link below. http://www.timesrecordnews.com/trn/local_news/art |
