I recently moved from Arbor Creek. I would never recomend living there. The office staff(other than Jeanny) is very rude. The regional manager couldn't be more hateful to the residents when he is in town. It is horribly ran. The owners must have no idea how this management team is running things. The apartments are way over priced. By the way, The fire department NEVER said that the fire was the residents fault. I have family members in the WFFD and that just is not true. They don't know what caused the fire, but of course Arbor Creek blames the resident.
Even if you leave your apartment in better condition than you found it, you wont get your deposit back. If you do decide to rent from Arbor Creek, Good luck. You will need it. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
