I just rented a remodeled unit and it is totally worth the extra money. My roommate and I pay a little more each month but it is worth it.
Everything is new and works great. Second floor with a great balcony over the pool with great scenery.

Hello. I was just there a couple of days ago looking for a place. I saw a great townhouse, and yes, its a little pricey, and I began to think of getting it because its new. However, is it as bad as all of these other reviews say?? |
