I use to live in Arbor Creek in a "new one". What people need to understand is that just because they put new appliances and paint it does not make it new. These are just things that should have been done years ago. The "old apartments" look exactly as they did back in the 70s(they even have the gold appliances). I lived on the second story and the apartment was VERY worn out. The floor is not level. It feels like you are about to fall through. There are constant water problems, and NONE of the AC units are new. That makes a big difference. In the summer months you can expect a very high electric bill. They will try and talk you into using the electric company they "recomend"(They get a commison). Do not do it. We signed up and it was not at all cheaper. The new apartments look nicer, but it is not worth the money. We moved to Hunters Crossing. It is worth the money and the management here is a lot better also.
