My husband and I are new to Wichita Falls and love the location of the apartments! This complex is for a more younger range of renters considering a lot of my neighbors are students or are serving in the military, which is great for us because we're a young couple. We moven into a newly remodeled apartment and were very happy with our new home, everything was new; even the carpet! The only thing is you cant choose your neighbors, thats the downside. Oh and at night its really dark thats really the only problem I have, I feel like I'm on a midnight walk when it gets dark.
