I don't know. If you're a college kid this place is great. I'm not, so it's a little loud, and the fact that they are constantly working on the water mains, so the water only works half the time in the daytime is a little annoying.
The dryer takes forever to dry clothes, but I like the fact that I have one. Not constructed all that well, so electric costs are a little higher than I expected.
Parking is a bit of a problem, so if you're out late at night, some drunk college kid will invariably take your spot. The parking lots seriously need to be repaved, but I'm not sure how they'd do that with people still liing there.
Overall, though, it's adequate... I'd shop around a bit, but the price per square foot is decent, and it seems every bit as nice as the other dumps surrounding it. The problem is actually that all of the complexes on that side of town are filled with college students, and I remember my college days, we sure tended to trash places out.
