Have been here about a month now---a huge adjustment as I owned a home for years. That said, the maintenance folks have been outstanding as has management. Not a fan of the potholes, but nothing is perfect. I like this place well enough to move up to a larger apartment. Location, location, location--safety, safety, safety. As to the noise, I choose to live downstairs and hey....of course I'm gonna hear foot stomping, so to speak. Other than that, no problem. The rent is comparable, but too high, of course. Can't do much about that. Most of the time, apartment living depends upon the complex's management. Let's hope we keep this one!!!

I wrote the above and all has changed. The bigger apartment is a nightmare with flooding from the outside which has supposedly been fixed, but of course, the next big rain will give us the answer to that. How dumb was I to think that the baseboards had not been painted correctly!!! No.....that was staining from previous flooding. Of course, I was not informed of that little factoid. I also reported hearing running water through the walls, but the head maintenance guy was not the least bit interested in handling it. Guess I'll wait for the next flood, huh? I no longer recommend this place and hey, the police car that was once parked here is gone. So who knows about on on site security?
