Make sure you do a walkthrough with the owners. If you don't, you will regret it in the end. VERY picky when you move out. Charged for floor being "scratched up" when we left and it was a filty mess when we moved in. Sure it's cheap, but you get what you pay for with a little bit of scamming added onto it.BEWARE! Do not recommend for military.
