This isn't the nicest place we have lived, but for the price and compared to other apartments this one works. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbor. That was rarely a problem. I am disabled and use a wheelchair, the management did everything we asked to help with accessibility. Also, they helped with my dead car baattery when my car was dead. It was certainly more than I would expect from such an economical property. It isn't fancy, but we never had any insect problems and felt that things were pretty clean and kept up. I don't quite remember the price, I think it was around $325-350.
