Property being renovated - looking better and better

The apartments are currently being renovated, building by building, and the place has been cleaned up a lot in the last few weeks. Staff is very friendly and responds quickly to requests. Manager and maintenance people live on-site and are very easy to reach.
From what tenants have been told, the entire property will be looking better and better over the next 12 months.
Rents are $525, all bills paid and with month-to-month leases. Military tenats are welcome as the property is very near the base.
