I just toured the new units and they are beautiful! I've been here for over a year and I am transferring to a new unit. They are basically brand new inside with new flooring, cabinets, and appliances. Plus, I now get my own HVAC unit so I can control the heat or A/C at whatever temperature I want. The rent is only slightly higher than the old units but for the difference in what you get it is great. $550 per month plus I now have to pay my own electric bill but it should not be that much each month.
