hole in celing horrible dont move here

I live upstairs and when i first moved in december i noticed a hole in my ceiling, it took them 4 months to fix it. They fixed it in march. Then in july i got another hole in my ceiling they took a month to fix it and they didnt even fix it. I still have the ceiling falling down. Fire ants all around the stairs and my baby has been stung 8 times due to all the wasp and hornet nest around here. Kurt is a jerk very rude. Very unsafe my 2 year old cut his arm open on broken beer bottles that are all over the parking lot. My stove has caught on fire twice cant wait for my lease to be up in december. This place is so ------. Due to the kids trashing the mail room/fitness center it now closes at 8 every night. DONT MOVE HERE They are to slow to fix things and really dont give a ----. It doesnt matter how clean you keep your apartment you will still get cockroaches, spiders and other bugs. They dont ever change the air filters either. I have to do that

i didnt wanna fight kurt, didnt need the extra money back nor did i have the time but we didnt get our deposit back after moving, we had to move becouse of holes in our living room ceiling, cracks were forming all thru out the apartment in the roof, i agree with roaches and other bugs also, but the main thing was i had a well respected mold company from the austin,tx area test my apartment for mold and came back positive for several diffrent types, i provided kurt keck a copy and never heard anything back! I have pictures of the mold i will add shortly.. unless something changes over there i would defently NOT recommend that to anyone, including an animal! its not safe peroid!!
