My daughter to over another girls lease at the Grove Dec.2008. when that lease expired July 2009 she went to renew because they offered her a 30.00 a month discount. When she went to pay her rent, they deny the discount was ever offered and then produce a lease they claim we signed for an additional year at the 455.00 rate. This lease was dated at the same time the original lease was signed. I as guantor nor my daughter ever signed this lease, back in 2008. The paper she signed in July is not to be found.
