Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Rent it $450 a month for a 1 bed room. The price and location so close to the base is why we chose it. The management is quick about fixing problems. Neighbors are loud every now and then but its like that anywhere, no problems with safety or the parking lot. Over all with our E-3 pay and staying here for so little rent we'll have our $16,000 car payed off with in 1 year of owning it. :)
