Not worth it! I lived there now and fixing to move. Anyways the walls are to thin for me and the maintenance isnt very good!The master bedroom shower leaks into dining room and the carpet has little burns from previous tenant and there is alot of little things that are falling apart. Maitenance

I lived here from December of 2006 until the end of November, 2007. Overall, I had a good time living here. I moved for two reasons. The main reason I moved was the way the torrential spring and summer rains would flood into my unit. Not terribly bad, but enough water would pool

These are alright, they were built in 1983 and remolded in 2000 but they did not replace any of the appliances so expect 1980s refrigerators and stoves. They do however include a microwave which is newer. I do like
