Since we have lived in many apartments, we asked many questions before signing a lease. We were assured that there were ample amounts of parking and that everything was perfect, because the complex was new. We found out there was no parking the day we showed up with the movers...8 parking spots in front of a building with 20 something apartments. If you come home after 9pm, you will be parking 5 buildings down. The noise was even worse than the parking problem. Apartments are poorly insulated. So poorly that you can hear people walking talking, even their pets running around. You can hear them talking in the bathroom. The noise was so bad from the neighbors above that we started to complain every day, when the office did nothing we started to call the police. The people decided to move to another unit. All except for parking was good for a while and then a new family moved in above us and everything started again. I made friends with my neighbor bellow, when I got home, I would just go to the bathroom stomp my foot twice and we would chit chat about what she should bring before she came up. We have finally moved out, after many complaints, calling the police and writing letters we now live in an older complex in comparison to this one, but we don't hear our neighbors talking or running or anything else and we are able to sleep till our alarm goes off, not until our neighbors start their day.

Woodbridge is a very beautiful complex, with a nice little gym, modern layouts of apartments, with modern decors and a great pool.

If I had to go back I would never sign that lease.
