I lived in these apartments for a little over 2 1/2 years & I will NEVER go back! At first they weren't that bad for being me first apartment, but after living there for a little while, I realized what kind of area I was in. Every time you turned around, someone was either smoking pot in the parking lot or breezeways, fighting, someone was getting something stolen off or out of their vehicles, etc. My entire building was infested with bugs...mainly roaches! They were so horrible that my 4 year old daughter wouldn't walk through the kitchen at night! I even found one in her bed at one time!! After speaking to several of the neighbors, I found that they had the same problem. No matter how many times we stressed to the office personnel, they wouldn't do anything about it. They had someone come spray a few times, but after discovering they were only spraying in the living room (bathrooms & kitchen being the worst), we complained once again. The people in the off seemed to get frustrated with all the tenants complaining!! They got to where they wouldn't even listen to us! On several occasions, we came home to find that someone had been inside our apartment. Come to find out, it was the office managers and maintenance guys snooping! I couldn't believe this! Anyways...we finally had to move out! We are living in a much nicer apartment now, loving it, & the people at the office are SUPER nice! I highly DO NOT recommend rustic oaks, but I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND BROADSTONE WOODBRIDGE! =)

I so agree with you on Broadstone Woodbridge I too recently leased there and It is so nice. I did look at Rustic oaks not knowing what all Wylie had to offer.
