The Current apt managers great - I lived in these apartments in 2004-2005 and the unit itself was livable nothing to get excited about. But, the apartment manager is the reason i came back to this complex when i moved back here in 2009. She is very kind and profeshional and by far one of the nicest ladies there is to work with. Along with her Assistant who has also proven to be one of the best. I would recomend this complex ...Full review of College Hills West Apartments

Great Value - Willow Run was just what I needed to attend a 6 month school at Goodfellow AFB. My school hour were 6PM- 3AM and the aprt was nice and quiet so day sleeping was no problem. Pam and the rest of the staff were top notch and solved any problem that came up. The facilities were older but well maintained. The price was very reasonable and I think a great value for what you get. This is not luxury ...Full review of Willow Run Apartments

Great Plact to Live! - I signed a six month lease with Raintree Apartments, and I have enjoyed living here. The area is quiet and close to everything you need. Of course, nothing is far in San Angelo. It probably takes you 10 minutes to cross the entire town. I have a one bedroom, one bath apartment. It is quite spacious, and I love the walk-in closet! It has lots of storage space: a linen closet in the ...Full review of Raintree Apartments

Excellent place to rent! - I've rented at Rock Brook for over a year now. I was first in a townhome and then moved to a single bedroom. The townhome was very spacious--I think our rent was around $650-ish. A single apt is about $460/month. I don't know what the most recent review was talking about with maintenance--my shower head was not working, I called it in, and the maintenance man had it completely ...Full review of Rockbrook Apartments

Great Place!!! - My roommates and I got lucky with this place, we put a deposit down without anything being open, taking a chance and were called a week later saying we got the place. There are fake wood flooring, but is a great touch to the place. They are slowly doing some remodeling to the apartments after people move out. The weird thing is that the laundry rooms (connections) are ...Full review of Encino Park Apartments

I love it! My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments for about 2 years and we have not had any issues besides some stupid neighbors (but that can happen at any complex). Ruth is an awesome manager and gets things fixed when we call her. As for the notes...she usually leaves notes for tenets
