Great Plact to Live! - I signed a six month lease with Raintree Apartments, and I have enjoyed living here. The area is quiet and close to everything you need. I love it! My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments for about 2 years and we have not had any issues besides some stupid neighbors (but that can happen at any complex). Ruth is an awesome manager and gets things fixed when we call her. As for the notes...she usually leaves notes for tenets
