I am a current resident at Carrngton Place. I have also lived here for over fourteen years. There have been three different property investment groups which have provided the residents direct access to the management team to provide the services needed to have the highest standard of living in a community of two hundred units. Each management group has provided the basic services required to run a rental property. The current owners are light years ahead of most holding Companies . The property staff have always provided quick and accurate solutions to the various needs of the residents. The matinance manager Bill Champman has done an outstanding job making sure the property is well maintained. On several projects he has worked fourteen hour Shifts making sure the residents are well taken care of, and this includes Sunday. Rebecca , the property manager is always there and works hard to find the honest and quick solution to an amazing array of residents problems . Her best Quality is making the residents feel part of a bigger family providing the little touches that make living here a lot of fun. She has started Christmas, halloween, easter,and summer pool parties which provide residents time to know each other. Finally, Anchor Property Management have, and are making changes to Keep Carrington Place a community with leading edge units and services. They have added new lighting around the grounds providing a safe area for our Children, Each of units are always being upgraded, carpet,ceiling fans,kitchen tile, and electric units all through each unit. Carrington is the best rental property in northen Utah !! Thats why I Have chosen to live here for the last fourteen years, and look forward the next twenty.

If the staff is going to post about themselves they might try to better disguise the sales-speak nonsense..."quick and accurate solutions", "honest and quick solution", "leading edge units"....LOL.
