Top floor is very hot in Summer, can't find the problem and office gives up to easy
on the issue. For the air conditioning to run all day and at 5pm it be over 80 degrees but no one knows why. I've lived in top apartments for 14yrs in other apartments and never had an issue like this. Other than that,clean,and quiet and the heater works HEE HEE. Parking is terrible. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

Their AC "inhales deeply." Anyway, the best way to fix the problem is to turn off the AC for a bit. A good way to check is to feel the vents coming out. If the airflow is warm to the touch, it means that the AC system has maxed out and has been clogged due to the excessive moisture and ice buildup. It's due in part to the age of the AC unit and the fact that you run it 24 hrs/day.
