Quiet Complex, Helpful Staff and good neighbors

This complex is geared more towards families and safety-minded residents.
I accidentally left a tripod in my parking outside for 8 hrs and it was still there when I got back.
The staff is extremely helpful.
They went out of their way to search for a package that another resident had accidentally picked up.
While the furnishings are a bit outdated, does it even matter' If you wanted nice appliances, you'd pick something downtown.
for the market they're geared towards, I'd rather see the prices stay low.
Get a high level apartment that has a patio facing the West.
The mountain views are nice to wake up to without having to deal with the sun in your eye.
Of course in the afternoon, it's a pain.
They did have a problem with dogs crapping all over the place.
After some warnings and fines, this has been migitated.
