I have lived at Windgate for 4 years and in December it was sold and new management came in. I can't believe all the great things the new owners have done. Today I came home from work and they have put in new mailboxes! The clubhouse has been remodeled which is sooooo nice when I rent it out for our family parties, the parking lot was re-done, carports painted, sidewalks replaced, laundry room re-done, and they remodeled my apartment for me with new paint, appliances carpet and vinyl for only $50 more per month! I love Windgate!!!
