I am a current tenant here at Windgate and I love it! Windgate has made a lot of changes since the new management team has been here. I love that the office is open on Saturdays. I can actually go to the office on a day that I am not busy working. I think the staff is great! They do monthly activities with the residents and leave yummy treats on our door. (What a nice surprise!) The maintenance is quick at responding and they keep the grounds looking great!

HA!!! This sounds like someone from the management who lives here....pretty sure we and all the other tenants we talked to have been nothing but FRUSTRATED by the new management. They told us there would be no extra fees...$120 per month extra later, we were feeling frustrated. There has been an incredible amount of turnover here, basically anyone who lived here prior to the new management has moved out, and we were counting down the days until our lease was up ($2000 fee for breaking a contract!). We would rather NOT have a little bag of potato chips (happy potato chip day!) on our porch and have kept our prior rent levels. Glad to be gone. We liked the apartment itself, just not the management.
