DON"T LIVE HERE. This is the worst apartment complex in cedar. Our apartment flooded six times in 7 months and the managers would only help us once (they told us twice that they weren't going to help us because it was 11:00pm, meanwhile we had to live in a lake until they told us the husband couldn't help us with it because he couldn't lift over 5pounds, so we had to go rent a shop vac from home depot). We have holes in our walls, dents all over the fridge, the carpet is coming up in various spots, the internet is down more than 50% of the time, and the hot-tub was closed for a total of probably 2 months. I bought a new car and it got booted for having "too dark of a tint". He told me he put warnings on all the cars with tints twice over the semester, too bad i only had that car there for three days and never received a warning, and the managers said it would be fine. Obviously it wasn't. And they wouldn't talk to him about it. The managers are lazy and don't help with anything. They are way to old for the job. There was a situation where a guy broke into a girls apartment and held a knife to her throat. This was the worst place I could have chosen to live. DON"T EVER LIVE HERE.
