Stadium way was a horrible place to live. Getting rent paid is a total mess they never know who anyone is. Be sure to keep receipts from this place if you even consider it. Our apartment had plumbing problems and all they did was send over some guy with just a plunger. (only fixed it temporarily) I had roommate problems when moving out and even though the manager assured she would help me keep my deposit i got hardly any of it back, even though we fixed up different things and it looked A LOT better then when we moved in. the apartments are kinda nice but the managers aren't very good. they are nice people but have no clue what they are doing and screw you over quite a bit.
