DO NOT move in here - Cascade Springs is a horrible complex. The management does whatever they please. If you are on their "good side" then you are good to go and get what you will need. On one side of the complex if you park along the sidewalk where you should park the closet to the doors you will get your car towed away. The pool and clubhouse is always closed.
