maintance takes there time to fix things, useally about a month or so. The ladies in the office is not very friendly. not helpful at all. you have to ask for a receipt for rent payment then they act like they really don?t want to. every time I go into the office they make me feel like I am waisting there time. the rent is very high even without the pet fee. If I didn?t have a dog I would not live here.
