I'll have to agree with another reviewer here. It starts out good, but after that it's all downhill. When you first go in they are super nice to sign a new lease. After the first month it's just bad. There is someone different working in the office everytime I go down there. They are all very snotty and rude. They never want to help you with anything, they're even rude when you drop off your rent check. I referred someone in and was supposed to get a $200 concession on my rent, which I was going to split with the friend. I never saw the concession. Everytime we went down to get it, they kept telling us something different. They needed us to come together, or come when the manager was there, or they couldn't find the form. I know they were just doing that so they wouldn't have to credit my account... that was very low. I eventually decided that $200 wasn't worth my time in dealing with those people. Not to mention the "included utilities package" is always going up every couple of months. Your lease goes up everytime you sign a new one. This place attracts trashy people like no other. There are always idiots having parties on the weekends making noise until early morning. You'll see the cops at your neighbor's place on a weekly basis. Oh and the heat sucks too.

I just moved here because it's close to Hill Air Force Base. Basically I just wanted to warn any military folks that are looking for a close place to go somewhere else. Unless you like living with the trashy crowd and dealing with a super rude rip-off staff....
