Two months after moving out of these crappy aparments I have recieved a letter informing me that I have been charged $762. I am at a complete state of shock that this would happen after spending two days off work to make the apartment clean as it could be, and then spending $75 extra to get a pro carpet cleaner into the apartment. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!
Oh! And that thing they call a "pet deposit" when you first move in saves you from NOTHING! They call it a "pet registration" later, so they dont have to pay for anything. Its a $300 pet registration. STOP BEING TRICKED!

I am sorry that you feel this way, however it was your choice to violate your lease agreement repeatedly. When you signed the lease and the Pet Addendum, they both clearly state that the $300.00 is a non-refundable fee. When you have a pet, you are responsible for cleaning up after it. There are no "warnings." When you left the apartment, ALL CARPET HAD TO BE REPLACED because of the mess your pet(s)created when it/they were not taken out. When you gave us your notice to vacate, we came and did a pre-move out inspection, which we do on all 30 day notices, that is also on the notice you signed. It was then that we saw the damages.
