This place is the worst place I have ever lived it used to be a nice place to live but it has gone so far down hill its not funny. They dont care about their residence whatsoever all they care about is there money. Your children can not do anything but play on their small little playground if its wet, to bad. There is no bikes, skateboards, scooters or rollerblades aloud on the premises. If youre a smoker you can only smoke in your apt or in your car period i have 2 kids thanks but no thanks. Our boiler went out almost 2 weeks ago and still no heat in the entire building, i have a neighbor with a 1 month old baby and i have 2 small kids myself dont know about you but its not ok with me in the middle of winter to go without heat and still be paying for it. We keep calling about the heat and all they say is hopefully tomorrow and give a little smart ass giggle like whatever. we go in and talk to them cause our apt was like 50 55 degrees and they say i know it sucks hopefully we can get it fixed soon, YAY it sucks cause its not them going without heat and their kids arent the ones getting sick. I would never recommend this place not even to my worst of enemy!!!! The rent is like 870 for 2 bdrm ok me and my husband found an apt for 650 a month and its a 3 bdrm and it has washer/dryer hookups in the unit. If you have a pet you have to take your pet and pictures of them to them like they think youre lying you have to prove to them those are your dogs. You call the emergency maintenance after hours and half the time they wont call you back or fix the problem, the next day they'll come like 3 4 hours into their shift if youre lucky to fix your problem and they are just rude the whole time their in your apt. This place only wants your money they dont care about you your family or anyone else. And in the middle of the winter i hope you can ice skate cause the walks and the parking lots are icy as hell and it will take them all day to snow blow and salt the walks. my kids have fallen on numerous occasions and me my husband and both my neighbors have all slipped several times cause its so slick.
