A few problems, but all and all have had a great experience here. To list the good, staff is really nice and helpful, they are nice when go in the office and makes calls, and makes sure maintanance gets there with in a day, and rigt away is a serious problem. They grounds are nice and they are good and making sure everyone keeps the rule to keep it nice for the others. All the buildings, grounds, laundry room, pool is kept quite clean. Our biggest problems is the heating and air conditioning, and smoking neighbors, do not recommend for anyone with any breathing problems. The heat is through the ground and even turned off it would still be heating and deathly hot, even with fans on and air conditioning during the summer. Than the air conditioning is swamp cooler that brings in a ton of pollution and smoke from your neighbors apartments, as well as the bathroom fans. So we are really hot because I can't breath with the smells coming through a/c because of my breathing health problems. But all and all, we have been here over a year, and for the majority of the time (except for the last month) there were not very many problems at all. Maintanence was at our place a lot, and besides the heat got everything fixed nicely. I would definitely recommend it to anyone without breathing health problems.

Yes, the cirulation in the apartments is terrible. We had to set up a fan to channel the swamp cooler ait into our bedroom at night! I know what you mean about the smoking too. Our building was always littered with cigarette butts and for a long time our neighbors smoked inside so it leaked over into our apartment. I am just glad we didn't have children. When I suggested to the front office that they have some smoking buildings and non-smoking buildings, the girl got really defensive and said that is discrimination, and completley against "fair housing" (someting they love to throw out when you ask about anything). Come to find out... yup, she's a smoker. Since when did "smoker" become a protected class? Haha. That was insane! We are so glad we finally got out! It was a fun newly-wed experience though, lot's to laugh about now.
