We have lived in Goldstone for about 2 years, and suddenly realized that they were offering the same 2 bedroom apartments for hundreds of dollars less per month than what we pay on KSL.com. When I talked to the apartment manager she said there is nothing she could do to match those rates when we resign. I called Wasatch Community Management and their "Customer Service" person said the same thing. She said it's a common practice by all apartments to only raise rates and not drop them. Even with our history of never missing a payment or even being late, no smoking, keeping a tidy place, and never being complained about. I was shocked that they wouldn't work with us at all. They have a poor business model and no incentives to keep good tenants. Don't waste your time at Goldstone unless you plan on staying for only one contract. 2 more things. They say you can't hear anything through the concrete floors, but we could hear the people above us all the time. It is not very soundproof, but still better than most apartments. I have heard that it's true about the awful move out inspection. They try to get you for every little thing. We are doing repairs before we leave. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

they have to shaft the good tenants in order to make up for the bad ones. Sad but so true.

This is my story, word for word. the people across from us two bedrooms package deal and parking fee was like $750.00. We were their for 2 years and our lease was going up it would of been like almost 900.00. So we moved, when we moved out we still owed but it wasn't bad as some horror stories I've heard of. I'll never move there again.
