the few bucks you will save on the monthly rent (and factor in the package deal for the bills that turns out to cost you more at the end) will come back to bite you in other areas and fees and it will cost you more in the end. not to mention the headaches and sarcastic staff who only cares when they are trying to move you in and after you signed the contract you no longer matter. do not move in here. your laundry will get stolen, your car will be towed 3 days before xmas while you are out of state (they did call... but the "caring staff" dialed the wrong person and never bothered to get a hold of me)... and if you ever need help at the office - they will laugh at you and your problems in your face and say "nothing we can do"

... and they always have to take care of the lawn at 8-9 in the morning on the weekends... i'd rather have my sleep than shorter grass that has dog poop in it anyway.

i'm moving out the first chance i get.

i'm so disappointed in this living arrangment i was stuck in for almost two years that i registered on this site just to let you know not to move in here

If it's at all possible, but a house! Interest rates are low, and are slowly going back up. We just bought a house and left Goldstone, we haven't regretted it for a second! The office staff has no mercy and forgiveness even for good tenants. They say it's because corporate makes them stick to the rules, but you know if they really wanted to help some people out they would! We worked with a GREAT team if you are looking at the possibility of buying: Karen Cleveland- karen@equityutah.com - Good, honest, and hard-working realtor, and Steve Morrow smorrow@financewithsteve.com - Good lender who will meet with you for FREE and let you know what you'd qualify for. He has lots of experience and makes sure you get the best deals. FYI- If you work with Karen he gives you a discount since she always gets the paperwork right.
