This community is half subsidized / half regular housing. We had a 4-bdm townhome and found it quite roomy. However, the crime rate seems to be pretty high in the area regardless of the "Crime Watch" signs posted everywhere. Parents would bring their kids to the pool in regular diapers, not swimmers... YUCK! We used to have bets on which cul-de-sac would be filled with police cars on the weekends. The management was 50/50. The old management was awful, but they brought in some new people as we were moving and they seemed to be a good improvement.
All in all, I loved the layout of the townhomes. Too bad they can't just move these apartments to a better area! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
