Management emulates the entirety of the complex and it's worth. Who ever is the investor or owner(s) of these distasteful unwelcoming apartments, obviously does not care about their reputation or did not receive a college education in business management. Nor do any of the staff members in the office, I do believe they work hard to keep there reputation as rude, inconsiderate, snotty, untrustworhty, cocky females. I am sure if any inspector were to visit the complex thoroughly it would not be suitable for an animal shelter. If the reason the prices of Pepper Ridge apartments is lower then others, is because of the lower standards of living and quality of life, I am curious if this is at all legal'

i have been in pepper ridge for only 3 months. i've had it. i filed a complaint with the better business bureau. we should all take the time and do the same. send a message to these people and whoever is that owns the facilities! follow this link. https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx
