if you are a believer in the "you get what you pay for" mentality. stay out. i knew what i was getting into when i came in. 540 a month, month to month, no lease! and the only place where my big "vicious" dog is accepted. this place is mediocre at best. too many wet backs live here. i don't know how they fit twelve humans in an 820 sq ft apartment, but they do. and they ALL have cars. so relinquish all hopes of having a parking spot. don't start your car in the morning to warm it up, cause it'll be gone if they're late. better have an all wheel drive car or 4x4 cause they don't plow in the winter. which won't matter unless you had a spot! remember the wet backs' yeah, they live above you! on any given night you can see your ceiling flexing. the floors aren't meant to handle a "family" that size. flexing ain't shiit. that's visual. at night when they all come back from the various "jobs" those flexes translate into louder than ever squeaks. after a while, i couldn't sleep without it. i made a list as long as the dead sea scrolls of shiit that was wrong when i moved in. i made sure that they got the original, so that they don't think i added anything wrong later. i still ain't got any of that shiit fixed. my washer hookup is where my fridge is. the dryer hook up is on the other side of the kitchen. my oven is 200 degrees off, so i gotta cook 1 lb of chicken at 500 degrees for an hour and a half, disposal is inoperable. and i got ghosts!! i think someone got murdered here. how else do you explain random lights occurring in the middle of the night when all light are off' gotta have all the lights off because it adds up. when you move in, the say they pay for gas for you, but there ain't shiit that runs on gas. the heater and water boiler are electrical. lying ass -------! they act like they doing you a favor by giving you free cable that cuts off every other day. -------! vacancies available! move in if you wanna save a little money for a HOUSE. but be prepared. don't expect your $540 to buy you a castle. i ain't gon lie, the ------- do love it.

They did find a dead body on the grounds a couple weeks ago, I guess the guy was out there for over a month and nobody noticed? They dont suspect fowl play, but he did live in the complex.
