i have lived at pepper ridge 4 times in the last 9 years first in a studio when i moved here for work in 99 then transfered to a 2 bedroom in 2000 when i brought my family from back east. we bought a house in 2002, moved out then moved back in 2004 when we sold our house while we were building another one, and now ive been living here since 2006 when i got divorced. i have never had a problem with any of the staff they have always been great to me the office staff has always treated me with respect (even when i got fined $50.00 for not cleaning up after my dog )i would recomend this place to anyone.i have had a few problems with neighbors over the years and each time the office has taken care of the problem immediately. from what i have seen they dont tolerate trouble makers for long,and thats probably the ones leaving bad comments on here i was shocked at some of the remarks cause that hasent been my experiance at all,in fact this is the only apts i have lived in where when i moved out i recived all the deposits i was entitled to back.i feel pepper ridge provides a good place to live at a great price and i think most people that can follow the rules and be curtious of others will agree.as far as maintainance goes i have always gotten repairs taken care of within a cple days of reporting a problem,they have done alot to improve the place since i first moved in ,new siding recently new laundry rooms with new machines and they have resurfaced the parking lots a few times.in my oppinion this is a good place to call home and im sure ill be here for yrs to come.
