So I am not going to get down on anybody that has written a bad review. But I would like to tell you about the experience that I have had living at Pepper Ridge Apt. I have been living in the Apt Complex for over seven years and I have never have had a bad experience. I hope they let me live there for another seven years. Every time I have gone into the office to pay my rent all of the ladies working there have always been so respect full to me. If I have had a problem with my apt I always call the office and they took care of it for me. I didn't expect them to drop everything for me when I called but if it was a minor problem it only took a couple of days. If it was a major problem they were up at my apt right away. All of the ladies that work in the office are nice and decent people. We have to remember that they have a tough job to do. It isn't a picnic working with the public. The same goes for the men who work at the complex. I would recommend this Apt Complex to anyone looking for a apt to rent by 100%. Like I said earlier these are good and hard working people just trying to make a living like ourselves. I hope to live here for a long time to come.
