I have lived at Pepper Ridge for 3 years and I think all of you talking crap are probably the ones that either A) Didn't pay rent or B) Caused problems at the complex. If thats the case, your an idiot. You people are rediculous. If you don't like it move out, if you are considering moving here I would highly reccomend it. The price you pay for rent is perfect. Those of you that call it the ghetto, go move somewhere else and pay $900 for rent and I can promise you, you will still cry about that complex as well. If you are one of those jack as*es that talked crap on the apartments, or the staff... MOVE OUT! You are probably the idiots that cause problems around here and make the office staffs jobs harder. Those ladies are fantastic people. I have no problems speaking with them what so ever. If I have a problem with my apartment it gets fixed as fast as they can get to you. Keep in mind that the maintenace men dont' work off of first come first serve, they work in order of severty. The office ladies tell you that when you call. So if you have a broken door knob you aren't going to get it fixed as fast as a water leak would. If it is major they come up right away. So cry all you want, keep your pity party going. I am sure, like I said, you are one of those idiots getting evicted because you don't pay rent. Sounds like a personal problem to me.

Lets address everything else you people are crying about...
Your apartment has a bad smell' Ha ha, clean it!
Your neighbor is a smoker' They have that right. You knew the apartments were smoking when you moved in.
The office staff is so mean' This one makes me laugh. Put on your big girls panties and pay your rent and don't go in the office with a nasty attitude and you won't get a nasty attitude back.

Pepper Ridge F***** Rocks!! It's a great place to live,the apartments are nice and the staff is awesome. So all you people need to stop exaggerating and get a life. If you want to see Ghetto check out the apartments in the hood of Ogden now thats something to complain about dummies.......

im looking to move here, and i see alot of the people whining about the complexes are just being babies.. the only problem that i've seen when i've been there is that there isnt assigned parking which can get really annoying. lol. but i've heard alot about there being an excess of roaches and other bugs.. is there really an abundance of bugs, or is are they just in the apartments of the pigs that dont clean?

Here's a little comment from the past. I lived here for a few years way back from around 90-93 and had no complaints even back then other than the several scum bags that lived there. There were many decent people there as well which exists wherever you go. I imagine it must not be easy for the management when these scum bags apply. Kind of like when a new employee has a great interview with the boss and turns out to be a real idiot - many times you can't initially tell. On the other hand there may be people with legitimate gripes. And they may be decent people but just may not have "good chemistry" with the management. Anyway, I just wanted it to be known that the place had a decent history even when different management was there at the time. Good Luck !!
