The management and staff at Pepper Ridge really aren't as professional as you'd like them to be. They give you kids to do maintenance and call duty, who in the time I spent there are not exactly respectable to other people. Especially to their elders. I feel that they believe since the rent is very cheap, then there isn't no need to give respect. They have double standards with some tenants, yet, privilege others. There is dope in the grounds, whereas I've smelled the scent of marijuana many of times, which gives you another indication of how poorly it is run. Their laundry facilities are a dump most of the times. This is because no body that are tenants there really respects the place in regards for others. With brand new washers and dryers, you'd think that the management would do anything in their power to protect these premises from ever being destroyed. (One way of doing this is to keep the apartment next to the laundry room adjacent to its premise for managing the facility. All you'd need to do is cut a door way to it and then have someone tend to it at all hours it is open. They could clean it, and keep the machines from being ruined. They could also offer laundry services to it. But as it is, the management don't care because the rent is too cheap to care, as I see it.

If you ask me. it's a scary place. You're in harms way if you ever say anything to the staff because they look at it as a threat to their own person. They can't take any constructive critisim, nor do they care to be friendly enough to listen to your needs.

Brave? I think it is so funny! I have lived here for years and I have never seen dope, or smelled marijuana. I have never had a problem and I have children and they have NEVER been in harms way.
