I would not be suprised one bit if the favorable review found below this one was written by a member of the apartment staff.

I have lived here almost a year now and will not be extending my lease. Numerous areas of the complex are in various states of disrepair. It seems as though the maintenance crew are more interested in driving their electric carts around and drinking coffee than repairing the numerous outdoor lights around the property that have been out for many months.

The US Flag at the front of the complex has remained unlit at night for weeks, and it took the staff three days to put it at half mast after the recent shuttle tragedy. A great deal of wood is rotting on the outsides of the balconies. The staff will be nice to your face, then condescending and rude after you move in. Maintenance will fix your a/c and washer/dryer within 24 hours... anything else and you are on your own. Also agree with the other resident, very few of your neighbors will acknowledge your presence.

The grounds look nice and upscale now, but due to the nonexistent building maintenance I imagine this place will soon be a complete dump. Buildings are literally falling apart and it is getting worse every day. Completely do not recommend. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
