Nice Complex But Beware From: sat78240 Date posted: 7/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I like the location, and the amenities. Very nice workout room, and pool and hot tub are nice. Mostly quiet but sometimes can hear neighbors above me. I've heard some stories about the management not helping out some of the Air Force tenants. And that the manager is not caring and very unflexible. But I have no personal experience. But the stories I hear are first hand information, so be careful. Never had any problems with the maintenance, but have noticed decline of properties appearance. Leasing folks are always professional and pleasant. But I have noticed that extra's are disappearing, it looks as if management is cutting back on funding. I question the whether the manager of this property actually cares about the residents, from my viewpoint I'd have to say no.
