After living here for over one year, I have to say that this is the worst apartment complex I have lived in. The places are pretty nice however I've noticed that they are letting them deterioate slowly. The parking is terrible. Often I end up parking halfway across the parking complex just to get to my spot. It's like they built the complex with parking as an afterthought. Speaking of parking, I'm in the USAF and had to go out of town for a few months. I notified the office that I was going to be leaving and wrote them checks for the time I was gone. I also left two cell phone numbers. Apparently, they were having the parking lot repaved while I was gone and "called" or left notices on all the doors to inform everyone. Obviously I was not present to move my car although I checked my phone messages every other day so I doubt they even called. They decided to tow my car off the property even though it was in its spot. I found out about my car two weeks later when a friend was driving by and saw it sitting outside the complex. When I got back my windshield had a crack in it and I had a dent on the back from the tow truck. Obviously I was not happy. The staff however was very relunctant to help and even tried to blame me for the ordeal even though I let them know I was leaving. Not all the staff is rude. Just the head honcho. She is a b!%#ch and I doubt she's ever had a lesson in costumer service. Her attitude alone would make me want to move. I've also had a few other incidents with her and each time I'm amazed that she is actually allowed to run things. I would definitly reccomend looking elsewhere.
