I've lived here for 2 years now, also military and have had no problems. They throw parties for the residents to get to know each other that are a great time. The staff is professional and courteous and have never "Double Teamed" me. I'm curious to know if the people that wrote the previous bad reviews were the type of people that were late with their rent, or created their own problems and decided to write a bad review to get back at the property which makes me upset because this is an awesome place to live. I'll address my experiences against some of these reviews.
1) Not Worth the Money - Only APT I've lived in where the appliances (Including washer and dryer) match the cabinets and the interior design. Last apartment I lived in the appliances were white, countertops yellow and Cabinets were deep brown....
2)Terrible - Thats why I rent a garage.
3)Don't Bother - Snow was cleared all the time especially for garages and covered parking. Collective water is cheaper than any place I've lived in. They have a 24 hr maintenance guarantee and Its always worked for me.
4)Previous negative comments....- I called maintenance from New York because I left my front door open.. Within 20 minutes they called back and notified me they checked the apartment and locked it for me.
The rest of them seem to be doubles of these complaints. The biggest piece of advice I can give you is GET A GARAGE! Rent with an open mind, and you'll have a great time.
