I am just thankful that I am moving out in a couple of months. The place is a joke, I cannot believe they are still in business. The management is very rude, and the most unaccomidating people I have ever met. I feel, They all act irritated and in a hurry when you have a legitimate issue.

I feel, Maintenance is unsatisfactory. They don't salt the ice by the parking spots and throughout the parking lot enough in my opinion. I am very suprised there hasn't been a wreck.

When signing a lease I was unaware of all the other utility costs included. As said before, I have never lived in an apartment where I have to pay my own water and sewer.

The construction is poor in my opinion, therefore they are anything but quiet.

They are very unwilling to work with tenants who are having an issue in my opinion.

If something unavoidable comes up, beware of the lease termination fee.
