I lived here for a year with a broken heater (even in the dead of winter) which caused a large leak in the cealing above the entryway tile. Despite six work orders, countless conversations with staff, paul the maintenance supervisor, monique the manager and even the regional manager, it was never fixed. this was definately not the only problem i tried to handle with the manager, but every problem resulted the same. conversation after conversation i was put off and was lied to my face by these employees. the maintenance here is terrible and the manager dishonest and uncaring.
