I have to disagree with the last review. I am sure this person was pissed off because he or she probably didn't hear what they wanted to all of the time. The staff here, all of them, have been especially nice to me. Maintenance has been more than exceptional, fixing everything in a timely manner. Besides, why would you continue to pay rent if your heater didn't work for 1 year. DUH! I like it here.
