Nice apartment complex From: trilbynhiss Date posted: 10/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005   I'm an old timer, I've lived here since 1999. Its conveniently located, lots of amenities (that I don't use, unfortunately) and the leasing office has always been very pleasant to me. I've only needed maintenance once, and he showed up within an hour of my call. Things I'm not crazy about are my upstairs neighbor who seems to have insomnia and stomps around all night and I think the pet rent of $25 per pet per month is excessive.
