Reading the reviews and talking to people, and living there the apartments look awesome on the outside. It is who takes care if them and your needs that count.
I have lived at several different apartments in Layton, Clearfield and Roy..
This is not the place that will take care of your needs, so watch out.
Rent is too high, for what you have to put up with. I moved out because they jacked my rent up by almost $100.

well i know from doing my lease renewal that you get what you pay for and you probabally got in on some special they were having, you cant get cheap rent forever. Prices are going up all over the place and this is well worth the money. I think that you just decided you couldnt afford it anymore and that is why you are complaining.
